THOMAS S. BOZZUTO
Chief Executive Officer, The Bozzuto Group. Since the formation of The Bozzuto Group in 1988, Tom Bozzuto has led the company's development, construction and management of almost a billion dollars of income producing and for-sale housing. During his more than thirty-year career, he has overseen and been responsible for the creation of more than 46,000 residential units with a conservatively estimated value of nearly $7 billion. A graduate of Hobart College, where he now serves on the Board of Trustees, Tom has a master's degree in metropolitan studies from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University. Tom has been, and continues to be, active in a wide number of community and civic organizations, including having served as a Congressional Appointee to the Millennial Housing Commission and several Gubernatorial commissions. In addition, he currently serves as Secretary of the Multi Housing Council of the Harvard Joint Center for Housing Policy Board. In 2008, Tom as honored as recipient of ULI Washington's annual Lifetime Achievement Award. |

RICHARD L. MOSTYN
Chief Operating Officer, The Bozzuto Group. Rick Mostyn is a founder, co-owner, and Chief Operating Officer of The Bozzuto Group. He is responsible for directing the company's apartment development and acquisition, homebuilding, property management, construction and project finance activities. Project finance activities include the coordination of the construction and permanent financing for investment and for-sale properties. He also maintains The Bozzuto Group's credit relationships with commercial institutions, joint venture partners, government agencies, and private investors. A graduate of the University of Maryland, Rick has a master's degree in finance from Johns Hopkins University. An active alumnus of the University of Maryland, he is a member of the Board of Enterprise Homes, a subsidiary of The Enterprise Foundation which is active in the development of affordable housing. |

JOHN B. SLIDELL
Vice Chairman, The Bozzuto Group. A founding owner of the Bozzuto Group, John is also President of Bozzuto Land company. He directs the development of the company's larger-scaled mixed-use communities as well as the acquisiton of new land for the apartment and homebuilding operations. A graduate of Princeton University, John has a master's degree in city and regional planning from the University of North Carolina. He is the current chair of the Urban Land Institute's (ULI's) national Residential Neighborhood Development Council, a member of the Executive Commitee of ULI's Washington District Council, and he also serves on the board and Executive Committee of the National Multi Housing Council. He is active in a number of Community organizations and has served in key positions for affordable housing providers and task forces.

JULIE A. SMITH
President, Bozzuto Management Company and Partner, The Bozzuto Group. Julie A. Smith, President of Bozzuto Management Company and a Partner of The Bozzuto Group, has worked with the the group's principals for the past 22 years. In her role as president of the management company, she oversees a portfolio that includes more than 30,000 units in nearly 100 apartment communities throughout the East Coast. She also plays a consulting role in the development of new communities both for Bozzuto and third-party owners, providing marketing and management guidance in the planning stages of new projects. Before joining Bozzuto in 1989, she held several marketing and management positions with Oxford Management Company. Julie holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from The State University of New York at Oswego. She is a frequent panelist at national housing conferences. |

THOMAS A. BAUM
President, Bozzuto Homes, Inc. and Partner, The Bozzuto Group. Tom joined Bozzuto in 2001 and assumed the responsibility of leading the successful homebuilding operations in 2006. As president, he is responsible for the development of a range of for-sale products, including condominiums, town homes and single-family homes. A registered architect, Tom earned an undergraduate degree in architecture from the University of Illinois and a master's degree in real estate development from Columbia University. MIKE SCHLEGEL
President , Bozzuto Construction Company and Partner, The Bozzuto Group. Mike Schlegel joined Bozzuto Construction Company in 1999 and has been involved in the construction of more than $650M worth of multifamily housing, including garden, mid-rise and high-rise apartments; condominiums; town homes; senior and assisted living residential communities; and $300M of commercial projects. As president, he oversees all of the company's operations including estimating/budgeting, scheduling, and project management. Mike is also an Operating Partner of The Bozzuto Group of companies. Prior to joining Bozzuto Construction, he was a vice president for Clark Realty Builders. A graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Mike has a bachelor of science degree in building construction. |

TOBY S. BOZZUTO
President, Bozzuto Development Company and Partner, The Bozzuto Group. Toby oversees the day-to-day development activities for the company's apartment development operations. More than 1,800 rental units are currently in the pipeline throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions in projects that range from urban high-rise properties to neo-traditional suburban communities. Prior to joining Bozzuto Development in 2001, he was a financial analyst with J.P. Morgan Chase and with Columbia National Real Estate Finance. Toby holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University as well as a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development from New York University. He is Vice Chairman of the Urban Land Institute's Baltimore District Council and serves on the Catholic Charities Building Committee.

DAN MURPHY
Chief Financial Officer and Partner, The Bozzuto Group. In his role as Chief Financial Officer, Dan Murphy is responsible for directing the accounting operations for all of the Bozzuto companies. He also oversees The Bozzuto Group's human resources and technology groups and participates in the underwriting of projects as well as in the structuring of investments. Named an Operating Partner in 2006, Dan joined The Bozzuto Group as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer in 2003. He was previously a partner at both Arthur Andersen LLP and Ernst & Young LLP. A graduate of James Madison University, Dan has a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting and is also a certified public accountant. |
